1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Side Hustle Bets, including the Side Hustle Bets website, accounts, subscription services, game analysis, model outputs, research, rankings, trends, Sidekick, Matchup Lab, My Board, Picks, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and the Side Hustle Bets Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service, unless a higher minimum age is required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

You may not use the Service where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

Sports wagering laws vary by jurisdiction. Side Hustle Bets does not determine whether sports wagering, a particular sport or event, or a particular betting market is legal or available where you are located.

You are solely responsible for determining whether any wagering activity you choose to engage in is lawful and for complying with all applicable federal, state, local, tribal, provincial, territorial, and other laws and regulations.

3. Nature of the Service

Side Hustle Bets provides sports analytics, statistical projections, research, model outputs, rankings, trends, market comparisons, and other informational content.

Side Hustle Bets is not a sportsbook, casino, gambling operator, betting exchange, prediction market, or wagering platform.

Side Hustle Bets does not accept wagers, place wagers on behalf of users, hold wagering funds, determine wager outcomes, or operate a sportsbook.

References to betting markets, odds, sportsbooks, wagers, or wagering opportunities are provided for analytical and informational purposes only.

4. Jurisdictional Restrictions

The availability of information concerning a particular sport, team, conference, event, competition, or betting market does not represent that wagering on that subject is legal or available in your jurisdiction.

5. United States Availability of PRO Subscriptions

Side Hustle Bets currently limits paid PRO subscriptions, including Monthly and Season Pass subscriptions, to customers located in the United States.

Users located outside the United States may be able to access portions of the public or free Service, but paid PRO subscriptions may not be available to them.

Side Hustle Bets may expand or restrict paid subscription availability in additional jurisdictions in the future, subject to applicable law and business requirements.

6. Model Projections and Recommendations

Side Hustle Bets may provide projected scores, projected spreads, projected totals, win probabilities, market comparisons, confidence measurements, rankings, trends, research findings, and recommendations labeled "Bet," "Lean," or "Pass."

These outputs are generated from statistical models, historical information, market information, and other inputs. Model outputs may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or unexpected results.

A "Bet," "Lean," or other recommendation is an analytical output and is not a guarantee, promise, instruction, or assurance that any wager will win.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. No projection, recommendation, trend, statistic, confidence score, model output, research finding, ranking, or other information provided by Side Hustle Bets guarantees any particular result.

You may lose money if you choose to wager based on information obtained from the Service.

Side Hustle Bets makes no guarantee regarding profitability, winning percentage, return on investment, units won or lost, closing-line value, or future model performance.

8. Historical Performance and Backtesting

Historical results, backtesting, simulated results, tracked results, ROI, units, win rates, confidence measurements, historical trends, and other performance information describe historical or simulated performance only.

Historical or simulated performance does not guarantee future results.

Historical performance may differ from future performance due to changes in teams, players, coaches, markets, schedules, data, model methodology, and other circumstances.

9. Informational Purposes

The Service is provided for informational and analytical purposes. Nothing provided through Side Hustle Bets constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a guarantee of betting success.

You are responsible for making your own decisions regarding whether and how to use information provided by the Service.

10. Responsible Wagering

Wagering involves financial risk and may become harmful or addictive for some individuals.

Never wager money you cannot afford to lose. Side Hustle Bets does not encourage chasing losses, excessive wagering, or wagering with borrowed money.

If wagering is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, work, or well-being, stop wagering and seek appropriate assistance.

11. Accounts

Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

Accounts are personal and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or sublicensed to another person.

12. Free Accounts and Content

Side Hustle Bets may provide certain content and features without charge. Free access may be limited, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

13. PRO Subscriptions

Side Hustle Bets may offer paid PRO subscriptions, including Monthly and Season Pass plans.

The applicable price, billing period, included features, renewal terms, and other material purchase terms will be presented before purchase.

Paid access is personal to the subscribing account and may not be shared with other users.

14. Monthly Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

Before purchase, the applicable price, recurring nature of the subscription, billing frequency, and cancellation method will be presented to you.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for each renewal unless you cancel.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated at purchase or required by applicable law, cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a billing period that has already begun.

15. Season Pass

A Season Pass provides access to designated PRO features for the applicable college football season identified at purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at purchase, a Season Pass does not automatically renew.

16. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable provider to process charges according to the terms presented at checkout.

Payment information may be handled by third-party payment processors according to their own privacy policies and terms.

17. Refunds

Refund eligibility will be determined according to the refund policy presented at the time of purchase and applicable law.

Side Hustle Bets may evaluate refund requests individually where permitted by law.

18. Market and Third-Party Information

Odds, lines, schedules, rankings, statistics, injuries, and other information may originate from third-party sources and may contain delays, errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

Side Hustle Bets does not guarantee that third-party information is current, complete, accurate, or error-free.

19. Third-Party Sportsbooks and Services

Side Hustle Bets may reference or link to third-party sportsbooks, data providers, websites, products, or services.

Side Hustle Bets does not operate those services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, policies, terms, promotions, or actions.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms and legal requirements applicable to any third-party service you use.

20. Intellectual Property

The Side Hustle Bets name, branding, website design, software, model outputs, written content, graphics, research presentation, proprietary methodologies, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Side Hustle Bets.

Your subscription provides access to the Service. It does not transfer ownership of Side Hustle Bets intellectual property to you.

21. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Share or resell your account.
• Copy or redistribute paid content.
• Scrape or systematically collect Service data.
• Reverse engineer proprietary systems.
• Use automated systems to abuse or overload the Service.
• Attempt to bypass subscription or access controls.
• Impersonate Side Hustle Bets or its personnel.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.

22. Referral and Promotional Programs

Side Hustle Bets may offer referral links, promotional codes, launch discounts, early-access pricing, or other promotional programs.

Promotional offers may have additional eligibility requirements, expiration dates, usage limits, or other conditions disclosed with the applicable promotion.

Side Hustle Bets may modify or discontinue promotional programs at any time, subject to applicable law and any specific terms presented with an offer.

23. Advertising and Performance Claims

Side Hustle Bets may publish historical model performance, backtesting, tracked results, ROI, units, win rates, closing-line value, testimonials, and other performance information.

Such information is presented in accordance with the methodology and definitions identified by Side Hustle Bets and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future performance.

Side Hustle Bets does not knowingly represent historical or simulated performance as guaranteed future performance.

24. Account Suspension or Termination

Side Hustle Bets may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe the account has violated these Terms, applicable law, or the integrity of the Service.

Side Hustle Bets may also discontinue or materially modify the Service at any time.

25. Disclaimer of Warranties

This includes losses arising from wagering decisions, lost wagers, lost profits, inaccurate information, service interruptions, or reliance on model outputs.

27. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Side Hustle Bets and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

Side Hustle Bets may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
